To keep providing our clients with qualified and timely technical support, we have progressively reorganised our assistance and maintenance service.
Routine maintenance therefore no longer requires the direct involvement of our specialised teams.
Clients may turn to a trusted local craftsman or maintenance technician, while Square Garden will continue to provide its technical support, advising on how to carry out the work, any materials required and the most appropriate solutions.
Where useful, our technicians can liaise directly with the appointed craftsman, giving them the guidance needed to carry out the work correctly.
In this way the client benefits from the speed and lower cost of a local intervention, while retaining the technical expertise and support of Square Garden as the original manufacturer.
Work that, by its nature or complexity, requires the specialist skills specific to our structures will be assessed directly by our technical office and managed in the most appropriate way.

Our technical office will carry out an initial assessment and indicate the most appropriate solution.
Routine maintenance does not usually require the intervention of Square Garden’s specialised teams.
Adjustments, replacement of seals, minor repairs, resealing with silicone, hardware adjustments, care of finishes, cleaning and inspection of rainwater drainage systems and similar operations can normally be carried out by a qualified local craftsman or maintenance technician.
Square Garden can provide the appointed professional with the necessary technical guidance, including photographs, diagrams, operating instructions or direct discussion with our technical office.
The client thus retains Square Garden’s support and experience, while benefiting from the speed and cost-effectiveness of a local intervention.
Should the technical assessment show the need for work requiring specific Square Garden expertise – for example on the structure, the roof, special construction systems or substantial modifications to the structure – the work will be assessed directly by our head office.
Square Garden may then prepare a specific technical and financial proposal and, where necessary, schedule the intervention of its own specialised craftsmen.
Routine maintenance and keeping the structure in good working order are distinct from work covered by the warranty.
Any work will therefore be recognised as covered by the warranty only after Square Garden has verified the nature and causes of the reported problem, in accordance with the contractual conditions applicable to the specific supply.
Work resulting from normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, improper use, work carried out by third parties, accidental events or external causes is not automatically covered by the warranty.
Choosing local professionals for routine maintenance does not mean leaving the client on their own.
It means using Square Garden’s specialist resources where they are truly needed, while keeping our technical expertise available to whoever works on the structure.
